3D Printing Tolerance
All surfaces will have a consistent visual appearance.
Parts will have the support structures removed and will be cleaned of all excess support/build material.
SLA: ± 0.5% with a lower limit of ± 0.15 mm (± 0.006");
SLS/MJF: ± 0.3% with a lower limit of ± 0.3 mm (± 0.012");
SLM: ± 0.2% with a lower limit of ± 0.2 mm (± 0.008"), for parts smaller than 10 mm in any dimension; ± 2% for parts over 10 mm in any dimension - tolerances not guaranteed on the first attempt;
